A Bill to Militarize South Dakota in Preparation for the Great Dakotan War

BE IT ENACTED BY THE CONGRESS HERE ASSEMBLED THAT:

SECTION 1. This Bill will enact a “state of total war” in South Dakota and redirect 95% of the South Dakotan budget to the militarization and subsequent mobilization of the South Dakotan Army. Funding for all nonessentials will come after from extreme taxation of the formerly North Dakotan populace.

SECTION 2. The term “Victory” refers to a complete surrender by the North Dakotan government or the detonation of a nuclear device on North Dakotan territory.

SECTION 3. This will be enforced by the newly created “Militant Insurgents who Love Freedom (MILF)” whose main goal will be to reunify MegaKota by any means necessary.

1. MILF will garner $1.630 Billion of the $1.717 Billion annual budget.
2. Funding for MILF will start by liquidating Executive salaries in order from most paid to least paid. Starting with the VP of Health Affairs and SSOM Dean at USD and ending with the Lt. Governor. After this funding will be taken from all other expenditures alphabetically. Militarization will follow plans detailed in the Systematic Technological Expansion and Production (STEP) document.
3. Any former North Dakotan government buildings will be raffled off to soldiers who fought in the war willing to live in the Northern District.

SECTION 4.This law will go into effect 15 minutes after passage.

SECTION 5.All laws in conflict with this legislation are hereby declared null and void.

A Bill Forge a Rim of Security around the South Dakotan Border to Enlarge the Size and Power of the Newly Formed MegaKota

BE IT ENACTED BY THE CONGRESS HERE ASSEMBLED THAT:

SECTION 1.After the victory and subsequent procedures enacted in the Militarization Bill, the MegaKotan army will invade states around the South Dakotan Border traveling counterclockwise to forge a Rim of Security.

SECTION 2.Any reference to the “MegaKotan people” will strictly be discussing former South Dakotans and former South Dakotan territory. All invaded states will be second class citizens.

SECTION 3.MILF will oversee taxation, recruitment, and the swift execution of the rimjob. The leading industry in each state will become State-owned by MegaKota to help pay off war debts.

1. Funding from North Dakotan Oil (roughly $6.7 Billion a year) will go to MegaKotan community enrichment. Enrichment will include city works, sewage modernization, and increase recreational funding.
2. Montanan Real Estate (roughly $7.1 Billion a year) will go into mass transit for the MegaKotan populace.
3. Funding from Wyoming Oil will (Roughly $7.5 Billion a year) will go to MegaKotan Healthcare and cosmetic surgery.
4. Nebraskan Manufacturing (Roughly $13.5 Billion a year) will go to the modernization of MILF.
5. Iowan Manufacturing (Roughly $33.6 Billion a year) will go to international affairs, seeking to expand ties with those outside of the United States.

SECTION 4.Bill will come into effect immediately after passage.

SECTION 5.All laws in conflict with this legislation are hereby declared null and void.
